A New Kind of Stay in Richmond

When a new apartment complex was planned in two of Richmond’s most thriving neighborhoods, we were brought onto the project before construction began. From the start, the vision was clear: these units needed to become more than just apartments—they needed to stand out as sought-after short-term rentals in a competitive market.

the challenge

Our team oversaw the build-out of each unit, making foundational selections like cabinetry, countertops, and custom tile that would define the look and durability of the spaces. From there, we shifted focus to the interiors, furnishing, installing, and styling each home for a fully turnkey experience—ready for the first guest the moment the doors opened.

The challenge was a blank slate. Every detail had to be purposeful, balancing mindful investments with bold design choices. Furniture had to be both durable and stylish, wallpapers and patterns needed to spark curiosity, and finishes had to hold up to heavy guest use while still carrying the personality of a curated home.

The Result

The result is a collection of boutique-style rentals that feel layered and full of character, designed to stand apart from competing options. Each unit carries its own distinct identity through custom tilework, striking patterns, and a mix of textures, yet together they create a cohesive brand that resonates with guests.

These are spaces that go beyond function—they’re memorable stays that reflect the energy of Richmond’s neighborhoods while giving visitors an experience worth returning to.
