1. Discovery & Define
This is where we listen. We’ll meet (virtually or in person) to understand how you live, your priorities, and your vision. We’ll explore style preferences, functional requirements, and your budget framework. During this phase, we may review existing drawings, measure the space, and begin to refine your project brief.
2. Concept & Design
With a strong foundation in place, we develop spatial schemes, layouts, and design direction. You’ll see floor plans, 3D renderings or sketches, and curated selections of finishes, fixtures, and furnishings. We work collaboratively, refining until the design feels fully aligned with your lifestyle and aesthetic.
Deliverables include:
Layouts, elevations, and lighting plans
Materials + finishes palette
Furnishings & accessory proposals
Design approval document
3. Execution & Delivery
When designs are approved, we shift into action. We coordinate with trusted contractors, craftsmen, and vendors to bring your vision to life. We manage pricing, scheduling, procurement, and oversight—so you don’t have to. Furniture installation, custom millwork, lighting, and styling all happen under our care.
Deliverables include:
Contractor coordination & site supervision
Procurement and logistics (furniture, materials, accessories)
Periodic progress updates

4. Refine, Reveal & Support
Once construction and deliveries wrap, we finesse the space—adjusting, styling, and ensuring seamless flow. We walk through every detail with you to confirm satisfaction. Beyond the reveal, we remain a resource, offering guidance for maintenance, future tweaks, or expansion.
Deliverables include:
Final styling & photography
Client handoff binder (warranty, care instructions)
Post-project check-ins
Timeline & Investment Guidance
While every project is unique, most full-scale interior remodels and design engagements take 4-12 months from kickoff to reveal. Smaller-scale projects may compress into 6–12 weeks.
In terms of investment, most of our clients allocate between $50,000 and $250,000+, depending on the scope and custom elements.
