03 | Design Management & Procurement
To ensure the integrity of our process and the quality of our attention, McQ & Co. accepts a limited number of large-scale commissions each year. Our process is designed for clients who prioritize investment-grade quality over retail convenience.
Renovation Scope: Reserved for full-home or comprehensive main-level transformations. We do not accept single-room or partial renovation projects.
Refurnishing Scope: Reserved for multi-room (3+ rooms) or full-home curation. We do not offer styling-only or decorative "refresh" services.
Investment
Design Fees typically begin at $30,000.
Furnishing Investments typically begin at $150,000.
